Who is NOA real estate?

NOA real estate is a Brussels real estate agency founded in 2004. They focus on residential real estate, with an important rental service for, among others, expats. In addition to the sale of existing properties, their portfolio also includes many new construction projects. The NOA team has many years of experience in advising real estate developers. Kristien Viaene from NOA explains: "NOA real estate has become a recognized player in the real estate market. We are known for our professional and multilingual services, our qualitative work and our flawless follow-up.”

From the green square to the red sphere

Needless to say, NOA Real Estate will continue to offer the same service to its clients and keep the same staff after the integration into the Dewaele Real Estate Group. Their values and personal approach will of course remain intact. So what will change? In the end, their green square will be replaced by our red sphere and their team will be fully integrated into the Dewaele Brussels team, currently under the daily leadership of Jean-Pierre Pesch. Together, Kristien and Jean-Pierre are ready to further conquer the Brussels market with their already strong team of 20 enthusiastic real estate experts.

With our offices in the north of Brussels in Tour et Taxis and in the south in Ixelles, we can now offer even more visibility and service to our customers.
