Fire insurance + BA building
This includes property damage to the building and damage to others. New in this insurance: coverage for charging stations.
Accident Insurance
For the salaried staff (such as janitor, cleaner...) on the one hand and for the resident handyman who perform unpaid chores in the common parts on the other.
Civil liability VME
Liability insurance for the VME and the VME's bodies, such as the board of co-ownership, the commissioner of accounts (e.g., the commissioner of accounts forgets to check something causing the co-owners to claim damages).
Legal Assistance VME
For assistance in resolving conflicts (e.g., site plan in case of demolition of adjoining building, appointment of attorney in case of default by co-owner).
